What required monthly support covers
Monthly support is required with every active school subscription. It keeps your site maintained, handles your school's requests and gives you ongoing assistance. It is part of the subscription, not an add-on.

The support-hour allowance covers eligible requests within your package. Unused hours do not accumulate.
Work beyond the included allowance, new features and major content-production projects need a separate quote, agreed with your school before any work starts.
What the Intranet adds
The Intranet is a secure internal area for staff and students: role-based access, notices and documents, tasks and project boards, messaging groups and a wellness area. It complements the public-facing school website by giving your school an internal communication and information space inside the same platform.
